A crumbly blue vein, Goat Blue has a beautifully balanced tangy goat flavour with hints of sweetness.
Our goat blue is a beautifully-balanced cheese made by a unique recipe to give it creaminess as well as blue veining. It begins its life with a slightly drier texture but as the mould develops the texture changes into a softer creamier consistency, it is a little moist and sticky, with a piquant ‘blue’ taste and the tangy finish of goat’s milk.
Serving Suggestions:
- On a cheeseboard or antipasto plate.
- As a table cheese on crackers or fresh bread.
- Crumbled or pieced over a green salad with walnuts and pears.
