Over The Moon Dairy Co Black Sheep 100g

This is an Ossau-Iraty style semi-hard sheep’s cheese from the Basque region in France. The smoked paprika on the rind gives it a smoky flavour, and the cheese is fruity and nutty with a creamy texture and ivory white interior.

It is at least 10 months old and has developed into a well-rounded cheese.

Serving Suggestions:

• On a cheese platter.
• Grill me.
