Over The Moon Dairy Co Just Ewe 100g

This is an Ossau-Iraty style semi-hard sheep’s cheese inspired by the Basque region in Spain. The cheese is fruity and nutty with a creamy texture and ivory white interior. It is at least 10 months old and has developed into a well-rounded cheese.

Serving Suggestions:

• On a cheeseboard with a soft & blue cheeses
• Grated over your salad or into a fritter mix
• In a sandwich with chutney
• Cheese sauce, scones, baking
• Or with gruyere in a fondue
