Midsummer Pickle is my Best seller and holds a Silver award award from the New Zealand Artisan Awards. Made with zucchinis and red capsicum it has a traditional flavour and is good to eat with everything.
If you need a chutney that’s a good all-rounder then this is it. It has what I would call a “sweet & sour” vibe. So it suits both those who like a sweet pickle and those who like a slightly more vinegar based pickle.
You could eat this pickle with any cheese , spread on a sarnie, toastie, burger or my favourite is to eat with my salad instead of a dressing.
