Inspired by Mexican Green Tomatillo Sauce this sauce packs a good punch. Not extremely hot but it has a good kick. You'll taste garlic, green tomatoes, lime, fresh bay leaves, green chilies. Nice and spicy with a punchy flavour, spicy!

Combine with some coconut cream and cook with chicken, fish and prawns.
